Every Sunday at 5PM.
We'll be meeting in a new and temporary location from 9 August. This will be in the Walled Garden at Stubbers.
Stubbers Adventure Centre
Those without a car can catch the 370. The bus stops right outside the gates.
There is space for about 70 people socially-distanced in the marquee. Our intention is for guests to register ahead of each service so that we seat people from the same household and support bubble next to each other, but socially distancing everyone in line with government guidance.
We will look at the possibility of providing an overflow space if required.
Children under 11 and Little regen volunteers are not included in this number as they have a separate marquee.
To get as many people in as safely and efficiently as possible, you will have to pre-book (free of course). This will help us to shape the layout of the marquee to maximise the space.
We will still host a livestream of our services to cater those who can't be there.
There is plenty of space for us all at the main Stubbers car park. The Walled Garden is a 3 minute walk from the car park.
Naturally, worship is going to look a little different. We will be following Government recommendations and will only have one person singing, behind a perspex screen. Other people in the band will be socially distanced.
We ask people not to sing or raise their voice during these times, but will be encouraging reflection and response. As the Government guidelines on this change, so will we.
Until further government guidance, parents and/or guardians will need to supervise children between 0 and 4 years of age. We will provide a space for adults to listen to the service and an area for toys and games for the children to play with.
The Little regen team will run a programme for children aged 5-10 during the service in a separate marquee.
At least initially, we won't be serving drinks or refreshments at church. We do encourage you to bring a bottle of water or something similar.
Giving will be done digitally as it has been for the past few months and we won't have a bucket for cash donations.
A non-extensive and initial list of things we are doing. You can read our risk assessment below.
In line with Government advice from 31 July, everyone will need to wear a mask or face covering in the marquees.
The Walled Garden and Stubbers Adventure Centre is a smoke-free space.
